Discover the Magic of Our Vets Role Play Experience, Where Caring, Learning and Fun Come Together.
Here at 360, we have the cosiest little vet’s surgery you have ever seen. As your children pop on the vet’s coats, check the heartbeat of the golden retriever wagging its tail on the examination table, deciding whether he needs a cuddle or a bandage, they are doing far more than playing.
While they are busy making sure every animal leaves feeling tip top, your little ones are secretly practicing important life skills. They are learning compassion as they comfort a nervous pet, problem-solving as they decide which treatment to try, and boosting confidence every time they speak up to explain a diagnosis. And because they are doing it through make believe, these lessons sink in effortlessly.
Parents, this is where you come in. Use the available parent prompts as a discussion point. Ask your budding vet, “how would you treat a patient with a sore paw?” or using the treatment plans “what would you recommend for a dog with the sniffles?” You will be amazed how quickly a shy toddler turns into the top veterinary doctor when you show genuine curiosity. Chatting through the play keeps the language flowing, deepens the make believe and gives you a front row seat to their amazing imagination.
This role play area has been designed with early years learning in mind. It supports key developmental goals including social interaction, imaginative thinking, and language skills, and it all happens naturally through the magic of play and children just think it is brilliant fun.
