If there are any elements of our products or service that you are not happy with please bring it to our attention and we will make every effort to resolve the issue through frank and open discussion. You can put your concerns to the Centre Manager verbally, or if you prefer, formally in writing or by e-mail. The Management Team will investigate any written concerns within 7 days of the receipt of the letter.
