RULES OF PLAY

RULES OF PLAY

To make sure everyone has a fun and safe time, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times. This helps keep our play areas happy, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

Rules of Play

  • Children are under the supervision of their parent or guardian at all times during their visit.
  • Guests must follow the equipment guidelines and age recommendations in place for safety and enjoyment of all. No climbing the exterior of our play structures, furniture, barriers or fences.
  • No food or drink items are allowed on any of the play equipment. Food and drink must be consumed at tables in the centre.
  • Children are advised to wear long trousers and long-sleeved shirts at all times on the play equipment to minimise risk of injury. No shoes may be worn on the play structure. Socks must be worn at all times by adults and children throughout the centre.
  • No sharp or metal items are to be worn in the playframe. Jewellery is worn at your own risk and guests wearing glasses should take particular care.
  • No liability will be accepted for loss, damage or theft of items. Items left are done so at your own risk
  • Fighting, bullying, disruptive, destructive or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and you may be asked to leave.
Rules of Play

If we notice that our rules of play aren’t being followed, we will use our friendly traffic light system:

Green – Gentle Reminder

A team member will give a friendly reminder to play safely.

We’ll let your little one know they’re on ‘Green’, and that continued behaviour may move them to Amber.

Amber – Time for a Break

A manager will have a quick chat with the parent or carer.

We’ll ask your child to take a 10-minute break from the play area to relax at the table. This is a chance to reset before heading back in. We’ll also mention that further disruption may mean it’s time to head home.

Red – Time to Head Home

If behaviour continues, a manager will kindly ask that the child is taken home, for their safety and the safety of other guests.

Please note that in some situations, we may need to move through the steps more quickly, depending on the behaviour.
