Renew Your Pass
Love visiting 360 Play? Existing passholders can access renewal discounts for annual passes to continue enjoying unlimited play, and exclusive perks throughout the year.
Renew your Annual Play Pass within the first month of expiry and you’ll save 25% on your next 360 Play Annual Pass.
Later renewals still benefit from a renewal discount of 10%.

FAQs
How do I add my membership card to my apple or google wallet?
Log into our website using the same email address account that is registered with your Play Pass.
Then click on the 3 lines in the top corner and head to my play pass details.
Click to add to Apple or Google wallet.
Use this to sign in at reception and to receive your 10% off food & drinks at our cafe or Kiosks.
Does the pass include an adult?
All of our play passes include 1 free adult with every visit. This adult can change with every visit so little one can visit with a parent one time and a grandparent the next.
Our Peak Pass Plus includes 2 free adults with every visit.
Additional adults are subject to standard admission charges.
How do I use my 10% cafe discount on QR ordering?
Passholders are still entitled to their 10% discount when ordering food and drinks online. Your online account will automatically apply the 10% discount in your basket – just make sure you are signed into the account linked to the membership.
How do I claim my monthly pass holder offers?
Monthly offers are sent directly to the lead email on your membership on the 1st of every month. They contain a discount code unique to you.
We advise to keep an eye our for these and check your junk too. If you do not receive your pass perk email, please speak to our reception team as soon as possible and we will try and resolve the issues for future monthly offers.
Passes which sign up during the month will receive their first monthly offer from the following month.
Can Siblings share a pass?
Passes cannot be shared or transferred so each child will need their own 360 Play Pass.
Can I use my pass during the school holidays?
All Peak, Peak Plus, and Direct Debit memberships can be used during all school holidays.
Off-Peak Passholders entry will be subject to standard admission charges.
Summer Passes can be used during the Summer Holidays.
Winter Passes can be used during the Christmas Holidays.
How do I cancel my Direct Debit membership?
After your 5 month minimum term, you are welcome to cancel your Direct Debit membership at any time.
To cancel, please email bookings@dpleisure.co.uk to request the cancellation of your membership. Emails received after the 20th of the month will be cancelled the following month.
If you choose to resign up to our Direct Debit later, the monthly charge may have changed.
Do you offer Blue Light Discount on 360 Play Passes?
We offer Blue Light Discount on selected passes. Blue Light Discount is only available on full-priced memberships and does not apply to sibling memberships.
You’ll receive 25% off our Off-Peak Annual Pass and 15% off our Peak Annual Pass.
Show your valid Blue Light Card at reception when setting up. T&Cs apply.
How does the Refer a Friend Scheme work?
Annual Memberships purchased from 1st September 2026 will be able to refer a friend to receive an extra month on both memberships. This must be processed at reception within 14 days of the initial membership start date.
Refer a Friend not valid on Direct Debit memberships.
