We are seeking talented managers to join the 360 Play team.
You need to be a real people person with infectious energy. As a manager you will be a real visual presence around the centre. You will be responsible for maintaining standards and you’ll have a real passion for providing an unforgettable experience for our customers.
Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:
· A strong sense of personal responsibility and a can do attitude.
· Willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and lead by example.
· Able to work well in multi-discipline business.
· Good level of computer literacy
· Ability to work under pressure
· Good training and coaching skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· A high standard of personal presentation
· Confident and professional approach
· Exceptional organisation skills.
· Flexible and versatile working – evening and weekend working will be required.
· Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong mutually supportive relationships.

Our receptionists are our front line. If you have outstanding customer skills and love the involvement at a company’s front door our reception teams deliver welcome after welcome to over half a million guests per year.
We pride ourselves in fresh food and meeting the needs of our customers. If you have worked in the hospitality industry within food and beverage but don’t want the late nights we could be your ideal employer.
If you are a natural leader and love to interact with customers, our duty managers deliver the operations on a daily basis. You must be able to prove a successful background in team management, and love to see smiles on faces directly related to your actions.
If you are a leisure professional and have a successful track record in leisure environments we want to hear from you. Our centre managers manage the full day to day activities of one of our Centres controlling up to 40 staff and delivering smiles to over 150,000 users a year.
