Assistant Manager

As an assistant manager you will be the primary support to the general manager and will offer support for the day to day supervision of operations whilst being a real visual presence around the centre. You will be responsible for maintaining standards and you’ll have a real passion for providing an unforgettable experience for our customers.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

  • A strong sense of personal responsibility and a can-do attitude.
  • Willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and lead by example.
  • Able to work well in a multi-discipline business.
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good training and coaching skills

  • Flexible and versatile working – evening and weekend working will be required.

Kitchen Manager

We are currently seeking a kitchen manager to join the 360 Rushden Lakes team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a comparable role, preferably within a kitchen, or restaurant environment, excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Description

The role involves all aspects of daily Kitchen Operations.

  • Running the full operations of a busy kitchen
  • Planning daily cleaning task.
  • Coaching and assisting the team to meet customer expectations
  • Ensuring health & safety and food safety standards are met.
  • Driving continuous improvement in Kitchen standards
  • Achieving goals and targets set by the centre manager.
  • Assisting with orders and stock takes

The ideal candidate is:

  • Passionate about food with good cooking skills.
  • Experienced in food preparations and service
  • A great motivator
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Organised and enjoys getting the details right.
  • Familiar with best practices of H&S and food hygiene (HACCP).
  • Flexible working

Party Host
Have you got the X factor? Do you love to engage and entertain in a great fun environment? Our party hosts deliver our magical parties every day of the week to the highest standards.

Play Team
Love to interact with customers? Love variety? Our play team delivers our product at the front end. From running rides and attractions to running a messy play session these roles are suited to people who love to be hands on.

Our receptionists are our front line. If you have outstanding customer skills and love the involvement at a company’s front door our reception teams deliver welcome after welcome to over half a million guests per year.

Café Staff
We pride ourselves in fresh food and meeting the needs of our customers. If you have worked in the hospitality industry within food and beverage but don’t want the late nights we could be your ideal employer.

Duty Management
If you are a natural leader and love to interact with customers, our duty managers deliver the operations on a daily basis. You must be able to prove a successful background in team management, and love to see smiles on faces directly related to your actions.

Centre Manager
If you are a leisure professional and have a successful track record in leisure environments we want to hear from you. Our centre managers manage the full day to day activities of one of our Centres controlling up to 40 staff and delivering smiles to over 150,000 users a year.
