Drive into Fun at our Garage Role Play Area

Your child’s imagination is about to shift into high gear.

Our Garage is the perfect place for little mechanics to get their hands busy and their imaginations racing. Children can pop on a Hi-Vis jacket and hard hat, grab the tools from the workbench, and get to work fixing or even washing the cars. Maybe it’s a flat tyre, maybe it’s a funny noise under the bonnet, or maybe their customer just needs a quick top-up of fuel before hitting the road again. Every visit brings a new adventure, and your child will oversee the repairs.

Parents, you are not just spectators, you are part of the fun! Try asking questions like, “Can you check if my car is safe for a long journey?” or “How much will my service cost today?” You could even request an emergency tyre change or a full inspection before you drive away.

Our playful parent prompts help children discover the items needed for a service or an MOT. Why not invite your child to take the lead finding the tools for a full valet. It is a great way to make the story come alive while sparking their imagination.

And while it might look like, just play, there is so much more happening. Every turn of a toy wrench is strengthening fine motor skills. Every diagnosis of a problem builds problem-solving and creative thinking. Teaming up with you or other children helps them practise sharing, communication, and cooperation. Even writing out a pretend bill or counting the tools sneaks in early literacy and maths skills, all disguised as pure fun.

So, gather your little mechanics, bring your imagination, and let’s see what adventures ride out when playtime shifts into gear.
