Birthday Parties and Celebrations

Your child’s birthday is such an important life event that you will want to celebrate the milestone with family and friends. But that might not be the only event you want to celebrate, so we have many different types of parties that could be used for any special occasions.

Our 360 parties have been designed to give you the time to enjoy the experience while we do the work and everyone has fun. With hot food options for the children, Pizza, panini platters and hot drinks trays for the adults and a choice of extras such as party bags, why not leave it all to us! And of course our café bar is open throughout your visit for those extra coffees.

Party Bag

Helping customers celebrate their special occasion safely is something we are passionate about at 360 Play. This means protecting people who may have allergies or intolerances.

The introduction of Natasha’s Law (The UK Food Information Amendment) came into force on 01/10/21. This means any birthday cakes, cupcakes or party celebration cakes brought into our venues by the party organiser must be either shop bought or baked by a reputable baker/cake maker. By law these suppliers will have to supply the allergens information.

Unfortunately for this reason homemade cakes will no longer be allowed to be brought into birthday parties.

It is your responsibility as the organiser of the party to ascertain any allergies that your guests may have and take appropriate action.

The information required on your cake is below:

  • Name of supplier (if not shop bought)
  • Full ingredients list, with allergenic ingredients emphasised (for example in bold, italics or a different colour).

Party Bundles and Make a Bear Parties include 1 adult ticket per child. Additional adults are charged £3.95 each. Please note that during some of our peak times (mainly weekends) there may not be seating in your party area for all your adult guests. There will be additional seating within the centre.

Siblings are welcome to join in. If you would like siblings to be part of your party, party admission charges apply. If the siblings just want to play, a party sibling admission ticket can be purchased on the party booking ahead of the party or on the day. At point of final payment we will ask you if you would like to pay for siblings or ask the parents too.  The choice is yours.  If you have any questions our Central Party Bookings team are here to help.

Unfortunately once numbers are confirmed we will not provide a refund for any no shows on the day. However we will issue vouchers for 1 adult and 1 child. This does not apply to no shows below the minimum party booking.

Due to The UK Food Information Amendment coming into force, we have had to implement some conditions for bringing in birthday cakes for parties.

Our party rooms are in constant use throughout the day and have a very limited turnaround time. However do speak to our team during your booking journey or your party host on the day and they can help you add some small touches to make it more personal.

Each centre operates designated party time slots. Full availability is available during the booking process.

Children under 12 months are free but they won’t have a seat at the party table.

All of our Party Bundles, Bear Parties and Class Parties include a Party host. They will help to show children where to put their shoes and coats, issue the coloured wristbands to every child within the party, show them around the centre. Please note that children remain the responsibility of the party parents at all times, as do all personal belongings.  Any children arriving late will be shown to the party holding area to join in.

Upon your arrival, our team will guide you to your chosen designated celebration area where you can get settled in. We will also ensure that your guests are directed to you.

Yes, your details will be taken when you book a party.

We cannot accept Tesco vouchers as payment for parties or private hires.
