In response to Covid-19 and the Government regulations relating to indoor venues and soft play, we have had to make changes to our centres.
Post the relaxation of government restrictions coming into force, we have reviewed our risk assessments and procedures and we will continue to ensure families can have confidence in the safety of their visit.
Temperature checks on entry will no longer be necessary but we ask you that if you or any of your group are showing covid symptoms that you do not attend, we will happily re-arrange your visit.
Reduced Customer Capacity
We have reduced the amount of people in the building at any one time so that social distancing can be adhered to.
Customers will be asked to take personal responsibility for wearing face masks, we recommend wearing a mask whilst moving around the building, queueing for rides or in our food and beverage queue points
We are now running sessions with arrival times which can be booked online.
All tickets must be booked online in advance. Anyone arriving without a ticket may unfortunately not gain entry due to capacity restrictions.
Distancing markers will remain in place for your reference.
Perspex Screens at Reception and our Café bar
We have installed sneeze screens at the points where staff and customers come into direct contact to minimise this contact, these will remain in place.
We have always had hand sanitiser units throughout the centre for your regular use. We encourage you to still use these and also wash your hands regularly.
Touchpoint and Enhanced Cleaning Measures
The touchpoint cleaning introduced will remain in place for your safety.
Our cleaning schedules will also remain in place, for all areas of the centre and we mist large areas such as the play frame and play street at intervals throughout the day.
We will continue to fog the centres with an industrial fogging machine containing a biocide that kills bacteria and forms a protective film over equipment that continues to kill bacteria for a number of days.
Other Things that are Different
Our ball pools are still not in operation as this is a high risk area. All loose equipment in the centre will be sterilised throughout the day.
360 Street props will be swapped and cleaned throughout the day.
Messy Play will return with creative activities for your children.
Things may continue to change as we become more familiar with the new normal and discover new ways of bringing you more entertainment and activities.
