In response to Covid-19 and the Government regulations relating to indoor venues and soft play, we have had to make changes to our centres.
On re-opening our centres we have reviewed our risk assessments and procedures and implemented a number of new measures to keep our customers and staff safe whilst adhering to the guidelines.
You can read about these below or watch our Welcome back video here.
Our staff undergo daily temperature checks. Customers will also be required to have their temperatures checked as a condition of entry.
We use a handheld infrared non-contact thermometer. We do not record the temperature reading. Under ones are exempt from this.
Please note – anyone who displays a high temperature associated with a fever (of 37.8 °C or above), will not be permitted entry, this will include everybody in your group.
Hand sanitisation at the entrance to 360 is also required for entry.
Reduced Customer Capacity
We have reduced the amount of people in the building at any one time so that social distancing can be adhered to.
From the 8th August 2020 it became mandatory for visitors to indoor settings to wear a face covering. Children under the age of 11 and those who have health, age, equality or disability reasons may be exempt from wearing face coverings, details of this can be found at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/face-coverings-when-to-wear-one-and-how-to-make-your-own/face-coverings-when-to-wear-one-and-how-to-make-your-own our staff will not routinely ask for written evidence of exemptions but trust our customer to do the right thing.
Therefore everyone entering 360 Play, unless exempt, must wear a face covering before entering, keep it on at all times until you leave except when eating or drinking at your table, this does include using the Playframe.
Face coverings must be worn correctly and cover your mouth and nose.
The wearing of face coverings is intended to protect us all. The law requires 360 Play to promote compliance with the law, non compliance will result in refused entry, being asked to leave the premises or fines from the authorities if you do not have a valid exemption. We ask you not to put our staff in a difficult position by complying and wearing your face covering.
We are now running sessions with arrival times which can be booked online.
All tickets must be booked online in advance. Anyone arriving without a ticket will unfortunately be turned away.
We have removed chairs from around a percentage of our tables to enable social distancing.
We now have single use, disposable menus. Wrapped cutlery and sauce sachets will be handed to you once food is ordered and we encourage contactless payments whenever possible.
Food Delivery/Collection Tables have been marked out to eliminate close contact between our staff and customers.
Any children that cannot practice social distancing on their own must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Perspex Screens at Reception and our Café bar
We have installed sneeze screens at the points where staff and customers come into direct contact to minimise this contact.
We have always had hand sanitiser units throughout the centre for your regular use. You will now also have your hands sanitised before entering the play frame.
Touchpoint and Enhanced Cleaning Measures
We have introduced regular touch point cleaning of all the high use points throughout the day.
We have also enhanced our cleaning schedules for all areas of the centre and mist large areas such as the play frame and play street at intervals throughout the day.
At the end of the day we fog the centres with an industrial fogging machine containing a biocide that kills bacteria and forms a protective film over equipment that continues to kill bacteria for a number of days.
Other Things that are Different
We have taken out all the balls from our ball pools and removed some loose play items in the street and other areas. Any loose equipment still in the centre will be sterilised throughout the day.
360 Street will have limited props available; you will be given a personal bag of props to use during your visit at reception when you enter which you must return to reception when you leave.
Messy play has individual sensory trays that you can take to a table or outside and use.
Things will continue to change as we become more familiar with the new normal and discover new ways of bringing you more entertainment and activities.
